The nationwide lockdown will be enacted in terms of the Disaster Management Act and will entail the following:

From midnight on Thursday 26 March until midnight on Thursday 30 April, all South Africans will have to stay at home.

Full-time students have been sent on early Easter holidays to comply with the schools and regulations set out by the Department of Higher Education and Training.

We will re-open our campuses on the 4th of May and continue with classes as normal. Students should be alert for updated schedules of lectures which will accommodate the extended Easter break.

When we return, measures and guidelines will be in place to continue to fight this virus and keep our campuses safe.

Safety Measures

  • We have a no handshake policy
  • Hand sanitisers have been placed around each campus
  • We will continue with our increased cleaning regime across all campus facilities
  • Lunch breaks have been staggered to minimize people in the canteen

The safety of our staff and students is our top priority.

Stay safe!
